Lucía López Corcuerawas born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She has a B.A. in International Relations from Guadalajara’s Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores (ITESO). She also has a diploma in Literature from the SOGEM School for Writers in Guadalajara. She is the author of four novels, one of which, Cuando vuelvan las palomas (When Doves Return) earned an honorary mention in the 2017 Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz International Award, and was published by FOEM. She is also the author of the literary blog One Book Three which is published on Instagram and has over 3,000 followers.
