Mariana Morfín was born in Mexico in July, 2001. An avid reader since childhood, she develped a ferocious passion for reading but it was Mexico’s feminist movement and the urgency to address this issues what inspired her to embrace literature to vindicate and transform. She is a firm believer that through awareness building you can change Mexico and the entire world, and her way of achieving this, is through writing. Ya no quiero ser valiente is the result of this commitment with herself and her environment. She is currently a student of Mecatronic Engineering.
