Nemesio Díez

Nemesio Díez Arce (Irapuato, México, 1965). He has a degree in Food Enginering, a Master in Science and a Master in Human Development. His first novel, Tierra de Manzanas, is based on his experiences volunteering for a Jesuit mission in Chihuahua’s Tarahumara Sierra.

He has developed a long career in the corporate world, traveling to the United States and several countries in Latin America, while also writing short stories, poetry, and his first two novels. His second and still unpublished novel, Agua sucia, tells the story of the 1973 flood in his native Irapuato.

He currently teaches at Mexico City’s Universidad Panamericana, while also consulting on leadership development and working on this third and fourth novels.
