Mexican novelist. Her first novel, Huracán, was published by Lumen in 2016 in Mexico, the United States and Spain. She obtained global fame with her second novel, El murmullo de las abejas, translated as The Murmur of the Bess, which has sold over 1 million copies and has been translated into 20 languages. Her third novel, Peregrinos, was published by Lumen in 2018. Her first non fiction work, El passado como memoria del future, was published by UDEM in 2019.
