Verónica Urrechaga

Born in Zulia, Venezuela, and currently based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Verónica Urrechaga is an Electronics Engineer graduated from UNEXPO, though her true passion has always been writing. Since the age of 14, she has been creating stories as a form of fun and personal expression.
Beyond writing, Verónica enjoys learning languages—her favorite hobby—and has studied English, French, Korean, and Japanese. She has published five books, some with independent publishers such as Elixir de Sangre (Editorial 42 Líneas) and Extraño amor en tiempos de revolución (Universo de Letras – Planeta), and others through digital platforms, where she has built a global audience.
She is also a self-taught illustrator and often designs the visual identity of her own stories, giving her work a unique and personal touch.
With an emotional and accessible narrative style, Verónica combines creativity with a passion for exploring new perspectives, establishing herself as an emerging author who connects with readers across multiple formats.
